Weekly Rates
Rates vary throughout the year, based on low/mid & high season. Please email or call for more details if you have your chosen dates. We can offer discount for long stay guests. PLEASE NOTE our rates DO NOT include the charging of electric cars. If you wish to use the cottage electric to charge, please speak to us prior and at this time we will check the daily rate with our supplier and let you know the cost.
Minimum Stay - we offer a minimum stay of 3 nights from January 5th - June 14th, August 31st - December 22nd 2024 & January 4th - June 13th, August 30th - December 23rd 2025
Additional information
- A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking to secure your dates
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit
- The full balance is payable one month prior to arrival
- If you need to cancel your reservation we may be able to offer a refund so do please contact us as soon as possible
- Guests are welcome to arrive from 4 pm and to ensure the cottage is ready for our next guests please vacate by 10am
- Two pets are welcome, by arrangement, and we ask if you're walking your dog/s that they are kept on leads when out. We also ask that you respect our house request to keep them within the main living area of the cottage, and out of bedrooms
- Garden Cottage is strictly non smoking
